What's it all about?

This June do something amazing for yourself and help wounded veterans and their families recover and get on with their lives.

Join our community of cyclists around the country who are signing up to take part in Heroes Ride 200.

It's free to join in. Just sign up below via JustGiving, create your fundraising page (and share it of course), then get on your bike throughout June and rack up the miles!

Hit the £200 fundraising milestone and you'll receive your very own Help for Heroes branded snood which is great to use whilst cycling (and doubles up as a handy face covering!)

Want to crank things up a gear? Why not up your target to 400, 600, 800 or even 1,000 miles.

Or if you’re more of an easy rider, simply opt for less than 200 – every spin of the wheel will make a big difference to the lives of wounded veterans and their families.

Simply pop your target mileage on your sign-up form and get ready to use your pedal power.

Use any bike you like

Use any bike to cover your distance. Get some air into your lungs and take advantage of the warmer weather, use a static bike at home or hit the gym. Or mix things up with a combination of all three as let’s face it, the Great British weather can be unpredictable!

Got a Zwift account? Spread the word about your challenge with fellow users and organise 'meet-ups' to help you cover the distance.

Make it a team effort

Cycling is a great way to socialise, so why not create a team with friends and family and hit your targets together? Cycling as a team means you can spur each other on and combine your efforts to reach bigger goals.

And if you can't hit the roads together simply ride solo, log your miles indiviudally and keep track as you and your team wheel your way to victory. All the details on how set your team up are here.
